The role of women in sustaining the family is no less than that of males. And the story of 30-year-old Kavita is no different. Married at an early age, Kavita along with her husband bears the burden of four children. With husband as the sole bread winner for the house and due to insufficient family income, Kavita was forced to work under the scorching sun at the field.
But the hope for better future never dies. In 2017, ZingnZest came as an opportunity to Kavita and all other women of Chandu Village to enhance their income and sustain their livelihood. ZingnZest has given her a room to maneuver and has provided her with a safe and secure environment to work in.
Kavita, now takes pride in her work. She seems to be more happy and self-motivated.
